On March 11 PS shared the stage of countryclub Het Turfschip in Nieuwkoop with country singer/songwriter Billy Yates from Nashville The place was packed till very up close to the bandstand and therefore the atmosphere was great. Cor Sanne, who is host to all the country evenings here, noticed the audience reacted somewhat unfamiliar at first but soon fell for the swinging fun of the 7 Panhandle gents. Billy Yates sang a charming version of San Antonio Rose together with with the band and approved of the bands proffesionalism. "Even in the States you don't often meet with such class in western swing."
